What We Offer

Eating disorders are not about vanity and cannot be solved by tellling someone to “just eat”.

Weight and shape begin to respresent other global aspects of ourselves and our world. Often linked with worthiness, control, a way to regulate emotions, or as a result of trauma.

It is these aspects that we explore in therapy, whilst monitoring risks and working closely with GP’s and Dieticians.

Recovery is supported, in whatever way that applies to the individual.
